I belong to one of South Korea's music business institutions, and have worked in contemporary for almost a decade. I just wish to humbly leave words from the other side of the globe.I do not have much information about the situation, however, it is always frustrating to see pure essence of many people's efforts break down owing to sheer cold logics of modern capitalism (or neo-liberalism whatever you may say).Several decades ago like a Korean composer Isang Yun was helped by many European intellectuals to cope with his own political absurdity, I believe it is now a make-up time for East to give hands to West.For this reason, I strongly share my thoughts and beliefs hereby with some people who have devoted lives and efforts for something essential for our culture and our lives.
