    Der ORF ist in der Vergangenheit immer wieder als Förderer zeitgenössischer Kunst in Erscheinung getreten. Es wäre sehr schade, wenn dieses Engagement nun ein jähes Ende findet. Es darf nicht sein, dass in wirtschaftlich turbulenten Zeiten die Kunst als erstes dem Sparstift zum Opfer fällt. Wir brauchen mehr zeitgenössische Kunst, nicht weniger!

    Das Musikprotokoll ist eine einzigartige kulturelle Bereicherung und die Einsparung in diesem Bereich ist nicht nachvollziehbar! Innovative Projekte zählen offensichtlich nicht, es werden nur "Quotenbringer und um Durchschnittsmusik" gefördert.

    If the music of today cannot be heard, there will not be an audience for it any more and the arts form will stop. I cannot understand that, in a country with such a big music history, you don't want to invest in the future of the music of your country any more.

    BROT UND SPIELEWen wundert´s das der ORF kein Geld für die Kultur hat, obwohl er grade erst durch die Umstellung auf digital TV-Technik welches zwar die Qualität massiv verschlechtert, jedoch Millionen eingespart hat, muss er doch das ganze schöne Geld in Fussballübertragungen stecken damit das "b..rave" Wählervolk beschäftigt ist und nicht etwa zum Nachdenken beginnt.Der unbekannte Teil des "Bildungsauftrags" besagt: Vor Wahlen gebt dem Volk Fussball und H.Hintersteer o.ä. dann ist es schön dankbar und vergisst was versprochen wird/wurde. Geld für Kunst die nur einige wenige Individualisten interessiert ist ja da beinahe schon Steuergeldverschwendung.

    We should take care of well-functioning cultural projects. The savings should be sought outside of the culture. Cultural projects that have a long tradition and high international recognition should be given special protection. It is easy to make devastation but it is very difficult to build new ventures.
