In France we have Présences Electroniques festival which is co-organized by Radio France, and the vitality of the French avant-garde scene is in correlation to the existence of this festival.I've been to Musikprotokoll and I'm pretty sure the fact that the Orf organize this festival is also a pretty good indicator of the Austrian creative vitality.Without it the Austrian presence on the contemporary music scene would be less visible.
